Download Better Touch Tool
This is a free application with loads of features, I strongly suggest to dig into it to find out all its offerings.
It allows you to configure many gestures for your Magic Mouse, Macbook Trackpad and Magic Trackpad. It also allows you to configure actions for keyboard shortcuts, normal mice and the Apple Remote.
In our case we just need to add shortcuts to the "keyboard" section for each kind of mouse emulation we want to create. I've just added one for right and left click, but you can find middle and double clicks.
It's important to create this shortcut in the Global section, differently it won't work consistently.
EDIT | Our good Pedro Lobo rightly underlined the lack of mouse movements emulation in BTT, which is only limited to click wherever your mouse pointer have currently been placed.
Check his post on the deep Keyboard Maestro. It's not free as BTT, but worth the price.

This is a great use Cristiano. The only drawback I see is that it doesn't allow placing the mouse, meaning you'll have to move the mouse to where you want to click. Still, it's a great use indeed.

If you mean mouse cursor movements, they are included, and can be chained to clicks.

That's indeed a cool feature and one I wasn't aware of. I need to explore BTT a little more. However, that still isn't as functional as being able to click a button or search for an image on screen and then click that. Window positions change and therefore having very strict coordinates makes it less useful.

You're completely right about that, could be way easier.
To avoid the window positioning problem I use to work in fullscreen. Once you get the habit (hopefully quicker than I did) it's all good.

Yeah, that's true. But then again, I do own Keyboard Maestro so I'm good without needing that hack
