SleepDisplay is a free and lightweight application that puts your displays to sleep when launched.
You can download it from here: https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/26234/sleepdisplay
On Actions, create a new "shortcut" action, specifying only SleepDisplay as target, without sending any key or modifier.
This will instantly put your display to sleep.
Note that you may have to relaunch both Actions and Actions Server to see the newly installed app in the target list.

Awesome, but my bigger problem is, that I want to wake my screen up from actions. Is there a way to do this? I even purchased the Keyboard, because I thought a keyboard-press should wake the screen, but it's not working.

Yeah, I've tested this and it's not working. Cristiano is best equipped to answer this, but my guess would be that the server doesn't accept input while the screen is locked. Makes sense from a security perspective.
