Are we any closer to being able to create NUMPAD keystroke actions? I've noted some positive movement with the recent keyboard announcement and Action sets for adding numpad keys to a laptop. I'm still hoping to be able to send NUMPAD actions to apps like Avid Pro Tools for opening and closing various edit windows. Thanks

we are absolutely closer, but we cannot forecast a release date.
I know this is a feature you are waiting for quite long, as many others, but unfortunately we've been obliged to almost reset development when our former dev team left us to keep working on their things.
Long story short: they asked for a clean 25k just for us to be able to keep working on their code, that is having the source code. We didn't have the shadow of that amount, so we had to start over building the new Actions Server from scratch, and you can imagine from the price we've been offered, it's not something you build up in a month...
Now we have a functional prototype with most of the features, and we are pretty close to start beta testing.
The bright side: the new Actions Server is working faster, better and is built upon the experience we gained from launch, and will have a depth of control which could be only dreamed from the current Actions Server. (Poor thing)
In the meantime, did you try to simply reassign those numpad shortcuts to common characters shortcuts?
Check this tutorial and let me know if could be a viable solution for your case:

Cristiano, thanks so much for your reply. I thought to ask after reading your recent activity with regard to the keyboard. I certainly understand your business shift and can wait awhile longer. Thanks also for the shortcut remapping suggestion; I'll likely pass on doing this as several shortcuts would be affected, but it is a viable option if I need just a couple of them. Best regards

I'm glad that the remapping tricks can work for you, thanks for your comprehension.
Additionally, if you purchased Flows, there may be another quicker workaround to fire your commands, if they reside in the menubar. Our good Pedro just wrote an article about that:
It's a little less clean, but way quicker to create.

Hi, I'd like to know when numpad keystrokes are gonna be implemented. Actually Actions it could be a great controller for Pro Tools, however in Pro Tools numeric keypad is a must. Thanks in advance.
